Delete your account

You can close your Bruce account at any time. This page is the public resource required for app store account-deletion policies.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Bruce and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (from You → Settings on mobile, or Profile → Settings on web).
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

After deletion you are signed out. Your profile (name, username, avatar, contacts, push tokens, and similar app data) is removed from Bruce systems.

What we keep

Financial and regulatory records (for example transaction history, invoices, and escrow records) may be retained for the period required by applicable law — typically five to seven years. On-chain settlement history is public and cannot be erased from the network.
